20:53 | stuart_a | Hello! |
20:54 | Does anyone know how I would configure the URLs in /etc/koha/koha-sites.conf if I dont want to have the instance name
20:55 | in the URL? | |
20:56 | my goal is to have opac.example.com and intra.example.com. Koha seems to want to always put the instance name inbetween
21:02 | davidnind | stuart_a: not really sure myself, but your apache configuration probably has a lot to do with it (/etc/apache2/sites-available/XXX.conf (where XXXX = the instance name) (also assuming a valid domain name) |
21:03 | you would also need to set OPACBaseURL and staffClientBaseURL system preferences as well
21:03 | good morning aleisha!
21:07 | suart_a: some more information from the Debian installation instructions https://wiki.koha-community.or[…]the_web_interface
21:16 | stuart_a | I Ithink I got it to work now. The issue was that I used the domain name in the apache configs which didn't work because they point to a different IP than what the server sees (they are changed via NAT) |
21:17 | davidnind | stuart_a: that would explain it! |
